I am moving to another state prior to my lease finish, Its a 1 BR in 4BR furnished and comes with Entertainment Table, Computer Table, Chair, and side table, High speed internet and cable included, Big closet with Two huge mirrors

There are two 24/7 gym center and Swimming pool with hot tub (2 places)

Other room mate description:
all males age 22-25, MSU and LCC student, Clean and nice buddies, No parties, no guests

Full time Student is highly recommended otherwise person who has average monthly incom>=$ 3500/m is also welcomed.

Detail of Rent and utilities
$355/m (internet and cable included)
Sharing of utilities not more than $35-50/m (therefore it comes $380 average)
No deposit required. You will get $100 credit if you take over immediately. It was my bonus from Apartment.
Take over lease for 10 months.. (Oct 8 - July 2012)
