Sajha's intellectual fellas! We need help. One of my friends was studying at the University in US and met an US citizen (actually, she is indian). They got married and my friend got residency through her. He did not drop the school. Unfortunately, they got divorced last week. He still has another year and half to finish college. His conditional residency will expire in four months. He can apply to remove the conditional residency. Since he is no longer married to the same girl, there are more chance to be rejected. Now, what happens if he gets rejected? Does he need to leave this country without finishing school? or what will be the consequences? Can he get F1 visa again without going back to Nepal? Help please.

Didn't i say "Sajha's intellectual fellas!" at the beginning? How the hell this SIS fell into intellectual fellas? Arule tapai bhanos nabhanos aafai mapai. You are getting into everybody's business, man. I clearly mentioned that they got divorced: doesn't this mean its done? Go to high school again SIS. It shows that even haven't passed SLC and you cant be counted as intellect. They had a lot of problems in relationship, specially after marriage. Its not always guys fault to get divorced.
