I have come recently from Nepal to join San Jose State University for pursuing Master's Degree.
I am currently living near Fremont with my Nepali Friends which is very far from the university and its time consuming to go and come from the University.

There are whole bunch of Nepalese student living around Sunnyvale area which is not that far from SJSU. I live near to SJSU and i know people living near sunnyvale area. i will ask them and let you know if they have any room available. First off all do map quest and see how far is it for you and let me know, then we will go from there alright
