I am wondering if TPS holder can sponsor parents to visit USA or not? Any suggestions would be appreciated ЁЯЩПЁЯЩПЁЯЩП

There is not a such thing as sponsor. Consular do not look at the sponsor letter. They will however ask applicants who are they going to meet and visit in USA. They might or not ask what your status in US. So go ahead and tell them to apply. It all depends on the luck and the applicants ability to assure them that they will return on time .
