 US Visitor visa waiting period in ktm

Hello Everyone,


I'm planning to visit ktm next week and stay there for a month. I'm taking all the paperworks for my mother's US visitor visa application with me .My plan is to apply for US visitor visa for my mother there and possibly bring her with me when I return in 4 weeks. I heard the the Nabil Bank in MaharajGunj schedules the visa application once you pay the fee. What is the normal waiting period for visa application once you pay the fee ? How long do people have to wait for the visa interview ? Please let me know if you have the info.
