so if we plan to do AOS,do we have to fill ds 230 part 1 part 2 n dsp 122 mentioning bcis and send back whole packets to kcc?ani what about adjusting status fee payment tyo chahi case no dispatch bhaye pachi pay garne hola.lets contact each other n share experience.

I just got my email answer from KCC and summary of reply

1)Send DSP 122 to KCC.
2)Send $375.00 DOS/person.
3)USCIS will decide who are eligible for AOS.
4)For AOS list the address of your local CIS office.
5)you will not be
eligible to file your adjustment until your case number is current and
available for processing.

Do I have to send the $375.00 right now or after I received the second letter. If then I have to send to missouri address am I right which they send me in the packet mentioning adjustment of status.
