Hi Sajha Friends! I came on H1b from Nepal. My three years has completed and I filed for extension but got denied. I am in serious trouble. I don't know what to do now. I can not think of going back as the situation is really bad back home. I am just wondering what my options are. Please help!

Finding college and getting I20s is not a big issue here. The real issues are the requirements of INS. To change status, INS needs docs mention by dipulata + it takes anywhere from 3 to 6 months (this is what i heard) + need up to date pay stubs + I20s from low tier college might create problem + etc. So more you delay more you are creating problem yourselves. So decide Now and Act Now.
