Hi there,

I am in need of a room in or around suburb of NYC. Maybe around Jackson height or jersey city or secaucus or Elmhert area. I just want to be close to subway station and a street parking area where I can park my car. Please e-mail me if you are in need of a roommate.

looking for (roommates/couples/2 guys) wanting to share a very nice location house which is at long island city, 7 - 8 walking mins from 40th street 7 train station , B24 mta bus comes right infront of the house. L.I.E is one block away and  the house is available from june. I would prefer couple paying  725 + utilities (comes out to be about 800 +/- 30 bucks) or other wise do the math.  the house is near to laundrymat, shopping mart, if anyone wants to look at the house   call  917 362 2386 (cell)
