 Concurrent or Separate filing of I-140 and I-485?

Friends,
I need your suggestion whether a concurrent filing of I-140 and I-485 is better or separate filing of each. My employer has insisted me to file concurrently as Nepal EB3 is current. However, I am paying for all Green card process expenses associated so little confused. Will it be OK or not. My employer is a small Desi IT consulting firm and since 2013 only 5 people have GreenCard from that firm, no one rejected until now though. Your suggestions will be highly appreciated.

Go for concurrent. Once filed, you will get your GC in 4-5 months.
