I had requested expedite to my TPS because it's been more than 5 months but I got reply saying "U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing time."

Has it happened with anyone. I don't know what exactly they mean?
I am fed up.........

same things are happening to me .. i applied TpS on aug ..but still pending .

I fell into August as well, anyone else applying for august who got their TPS on pending mode?

Sorry to hear that TPS case is still pending for so long. Unless charged for any criminal activities, TPS approval should not be a problem under humanitarian ground. We have seen 'out of status' people applied for TPS and got approved. If the application is incomplete or any mistake in the form or document incomplete, they send a letter for verification but chances of denial is very rare unless charged with criminal activity. Lets hope it works and get approval soon.

My TPS is pending for about 8 months and I requested for expedite service under financial crisis but didn't go through. Would it be better if I had chosen "humanitarian ground"?

I fell into July Group too, still pending.
