Nepal Embassy's is good. Nepal Embassy ko passport bharne thauma batta huru chhan. I filled out that one . I think , It is better to fill out the Embassy one. Just ensure you print the legal size.

Nepal's copy paper size is quiet different. These morons should create a format that will fit on home as well aborad. I will go to Staple Print on large size paper and cut into the size ( A4). or vise versa .
