We got our EAD on April 14 and our receipt date was Feb 5th.

I got my EAD approved on 05/23 from Nebraska Center. My receipt date was March 12.

BTW mine was a new application. There was a LUD 2 days before EAD was approved.

Hello Guys
I am F2 visa status and I have Nursing License. I am having hard time to find job with sponsorship in my state. Can I apply for EAD with out job offer?

Had an LUD yesterday on both the EAD and AP....looks like they are finally working on the case....this was the 1st LUD since the USCIS receipt date....keeping my fingers crossed!!! :)

Question?????? Can anyone file PR only with Masterâ€™s degree & approx. 3 yrs experience in research? Or one should have Ph.D?

In order to apply under EB-2 category, you don't need PhD. You need to have at least Master's degree from US university provided that you meet the following: 1) Your company must sponsor you (you can not file it yourself). 2) Master's degree is the requirement for the job.

Makar Tantra, Let me repeat my question one more time. To file PR in EB1 category: anyone must need to have Ph.D? Someone has master from US and works at research org.. He has approx 3 yrs experience. Is he eligible for EB1?

I am sorry Birkhe. I was assuming that you were talking about EB-2 as the title of the thread suggests. I don't have much idea about EB-1.
