 घरेलु उपचार अपनाउने हो भने मेरो आमाले रुघा लग्यो कि बेसर , जिराको गेडा, जिम्बु , अलिकति दालचिनी र ज्वानो हालेर बेस्सरी उमालेर हरेक साँझ पिउन लगाउनु हुन्थ्यो , अनि त रुघा एकदम कम हुन्थ्यो (भोलि पल्टै निको नभएपनि सन्चो हुन्थ्यो ) .  अब छिट्टो निको गर्नु छ भने त बरु डाग्दर कै पो जाने हो कि ??
